Parmesan popcorn with lemon and thyme

Ingredients
Popcorn kernels (unpopped)
½ cup(s), plain, (120g)
Canola oil
1 tsp
Grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup(s), finely grated, (20g)
Fresh thyme
1 tbs, fresh, chopped
Fresh lemon rind
1 tsp, finely grated
Oil spray
1 x 3 second spray(s)
Instructions

Mix popcorn and oil in a large microwave safe bowl. Cover with a lid or plate and microwave on High (100%) for 3-4 minutes, until popping subsides.

Place popped popcorn into a large bowl. Lightly spray with oil and toss to coat. Add parmesan thyme, lemon rind and ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper and toss well to coat.
