Crispy and golden oven roasted potato chips.


Ingredients
Red skin potato
1200 g, (about 8 potatoes)
Oil spray
1 x 3 second spray(s)
Instructions

Boil potatoes until almost tender. Drain and cut into thick chips. Place chips on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Generously spray with oil and season well with salt and pepper. Bake in a hot 220°C oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serve with a tomato relish.
