The queen of of all things dippable, hummus is ridiculously simple to whip up, ready for an impromptu snack.


Ingredients
Canned chickpeas
1 400g can, liquid reserved
Lemon juice
3 tsp
Olive oil
3½ tsp
Tahini
1 tbs
Ground cumin
½ tsp
Smoked paprika
1 pinch
Instructions

Reserve a spoonful of chickpeas in a small bowl and set aside. Process remaining chickpeas, lemon juice, 3 teaspoons oil, tahini, garlic, cumin and 2 tablespoons reserved chickpea water in a food processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon hummus into a serving bowl. Dust with paprika and drizzle with remaining olive oil. Serve.
