Moroccan-style smashed avo toast

Ingredients
Avocado
1½ medium
Lemon juice
1 tbs
Garlic
1 clove(s), crushed
White sourdough bread
120 g, (4 x 30g slices), toasted
Pomegranate
2 tsp, seeds
Middle eastern spice blend
1 tsp, ras el hanout variety
Instructions

Cut three-quarters of the whole avocado into 12 slices. Place remaining avocado in a small bowl with juice and garlic. Mash with a fork, keeping some texture. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread toast with mashed avocado and top with avocado slices. Serve scattered with pomegranate seeds and sprinkled with ras el hanout.
