Trying to beat the clock? Whip together this mouth-watering Mexican meal in ten mins!

Ingredients

Lean lamb mince

400 g

Moroccan seasoning

1 tbs

Fresh red chilli

1 whole, finely chopped

Olive oil

1 tbs

Turkish bread

320 g, (4 x 80g pieces)

Cos lettuce

1 cup(s), leaves separated

Lebanese cucumber

1 medium, cut into ribbons

Tomato(es)

2 small, thinly sliced

Low fat tzatziki

95 g, (1/3 cup)

Instructions

  1. Combine the mince, spice mix and chilli in a large bowl. Shape the mixture into four 1cm-thick patties.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked through.
  3. Top the bread bases with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, burgers and tzatziki and bread tops.

Notes

SERVING SUGGESTION: Garden salad drizzled with lemon juice.
