This cooling refreshing Indian style lassi drink goes well with spicy dishes, such as curries.


Ingredients
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
150 g
Mango
75 g, ripe variety
Honey
1 tsp
Cardamom
0.166 tsp, ground, (pinch)
Lime juice
1 tsp
Instructions

Blend yoghurt, mango, honey, cardamom and 5 ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Add lime juice and serve.
