Ingredients

meringue

90 g, (9x10g mini nests) petite pavlova variety

reduced-fat, vanilla yoghurt

cup(s), (85g)

banana

½ small, cut into 5mm pieces

kiwifruit

½ medium, cut into 5mm pieces

fresh strawberries

2 individual, cut into 5mm pieces

passionfruit(s)

1 medium, pulp

Instructions

  1. Arrange pavlovas on a serving platter. Divide yoghurt among pavlovas.
  2. Gently combine banana, kiwifruit, strawberry and half the passionfruit pulp in a small bowl. Divide among pavlovas. Top with remaining passionfruit pulp.

Notes

TIP: You can find the petite pavlovas in the bakery section of the supermarket. Make recipe up to 2 hours before serving. Store in the fridge.
