Italian beef and lentil slow cooker stew

Ingredients
Onion
1 medium, coarsely chopped
Garlic
1 clove(s), crushed
Zucchini
1 large, finely chopped
Beef gravy steak, raw
500 g, cut into 3cm cubes
Dried oregano
½ tsp
Canned diced tomatoes
400 g, (1x400g can)
Tomato paste
1 tbs
Dry lentils
¾ cup(s), (150g)
Beef stock cube
2 individual, add 1L (4 cups) boiling water
Fresh basil
¼ cup(s), finely sliced
Instructions

Place all ingredients except basil in a 5-6 litre slow cooker and stir well. Cook on Low for 6-7 hours or until beef is very tender.

Stir in basil and serve.
