Add some zing to your dishes withreader Helve Kaljot’s versatile, easy to whip up dressing.

Ingredients

99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened

1½ cup(s), (420g)

Fresh coriander

1 cup(s)

Fresh mint

cup(s)

Green shallot(s)

6 individual, sliced

Lemon juice

¼ cup(s), (60ml)

Garlic

1 clove(s), crushed

Sweet chilli sauce

1 tbs

Instructions

  1. Using a small food processor, process all the ingredients and 2 tablespoons water until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into an airtight jar and seal. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

TIP: Get creative and try these great ways to use this dressing. • Toss the dressing through greens, coleslaw or pasta salads. • Lightly coat and marinate lamb, chicken or fish before barbecuing or roasting.
