Ingredients
99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened
1½ cup(s), (420g)
Fresh coriander
1 cup(s)
Fresh mint
⅓ cup(s)
Green shallot(s)
6 individual, sliced
Lemon juice
¼ cup(s), (60ml)
Garlic
1 clove(s), crushed
Sweet chilli sauce
1 tbs
Instructions

Using a small food processor, process all the ingredients and 2 tablespoons water until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into an airtight jar and seal. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
