Update your regular burger with this Greek-inspired flavour twist. Seasoned with oregano, onion and garlic and topped with crumbled feta and baby spinach, it’s a winning combo that’s sure to impress!


Ingredients
Lean lamb mince
500 g
Brown onion
1 medium, finely chopped
Garlic
1 clove(s), crushed
Dried oregano
1 tsp
White bread roll
4 medium, (4 x 50g)
Baby spinach
15 g
Reduced fat feta cheese
75 g, crumbled
Oil spray
1 x 3 second spray(s)
Instructions

Place mince, onion, garlic and oregano in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix until well combined. Divide evenly into 4 portions. Shape each portion into a 1½ cm-thick patty.

Split rolls in half. Lightly spray a grill pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add roll halves and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until toasted. Transfer to a large plate and cover loosely with foil to keep warm. Add patties to same pan and cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Place patties on roll bases, top with spinach and feta. Cover with roll tops to serve.
