Ingredients

apple

1½ medium, finely chopped

honey

1 tsp

fresh strawberries

150 g, halved

banana

1½ medium, sliced

canned cannellini beans

60 g, rinsed, drained

butter

2 tsp, at room temperature

brown sugar

1 tbs

dry rolled oats

25 g

plain flour

1 tbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Remove plates from the WW Steamer. Place apple and honey in steamer and toss to coat. Close steamer and bake for 15 minutes. Stir through strawberry and banana. Divide mixture among three 1-cup (250ml) capacity oven-proof dishes.
  2. To make crumble, use a fork to crush beans in a medium bowl. Using fingers, rub in butter, sugar, oats and flour until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Sprinkle crumble over fruit. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  3. Set aside to cool slightly. Serve warm or at room temperature.
