This berry bonanza topped with vanilla yogurt makes a delicious dessert or sweet breakfast treat
250 g, (2 x tubs)
No added sugar orange juice
10 ml, white
1 tsp, vanilla
- Place strawberries in a sieve and rinse under cold running water. Drain then pat dry on paper towels. Hull, then cut into quarters. Wash and dry remaining berries, but leave whole. Combine berries in a shallow dish.
- Mix the juice, sugar, balsamic and vanilla together until sugar dissolves. Pour over berries, and leave for 30 mins, gently turning occasionally. Serve berries with fruche.
