Ingredients
Quick oats
½ cup(s), (45g)
Whey protein isolate, no added sugar
45 g
Banana(s)
½ small, sliced
Fresh berries
½ cup(s), (80g)
Almond butter
2 tsp
Chia seeds
½ tsp
Instructions

Combine oats and 1 cup (250 ml) water in a microwave- safe breakfast bowl. Microwave on High (100%) for 1–2 minutes, until oats are cooked and creamy.

Stir through protein powder and top with banana, berries, almond butter and chia seeds. Serve.
