A tasty snack that will satisfy your sweet cravings with dried fruit, toasted coconut and seeds.


Ingredients
Pistachios
⅓ cup(s), (45g)
Pecans
¼ cup(s), (30g) chopped
Pepitas
2 tbs
Sunflower seeds
2 tbs
Shredded or desiccated coconut
2 tbs
Dried cranberries
⅓ cup(s), (50g) chopped
Dried fig(s)
¼ cup(s), (50g) chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C. Spread pistachios and pecans on a baking tray. Bake for 3 minutes. Stir. Add pepitas, sunflower seeds and coconut and bake for 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 10 minutes.

Combine nut mixture, cranberries and figs in a bowl. Cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.
