Fast caesar salad

Mix crunchy croutons, juicy cos lettuce and salty prosciutto for an easy tasty salad.


Ingredients
Oil spray
1 x 3 second spray(s)
Wholemeal bread
3 slice(s)
Prosciutto fat trimmed
100 g
Fat-free dressing
2 tbs, Caesar variety
Lemon juice
1 tbs
Shaved parmesan cheese
30 g
Cos lettuce
2 baby, (2 bunches)
Boiled egg(s)
4 medium, (soft yolk centre)
Instructions

Preheat grill to high. Lightly spray bread with oil. Grill bread for 1–2 minutes each side or until toasted. Cut into 1cm squares.

Grill prosciutto for 2 minutes each side or until crisp. Coarsely chop.

Whisk dressing and juice in a small bowl. Place croutons, prosciutto, parmesan and lettuce in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to combine.

Divide salad among serving plates. Serve topped with egg and seasoned with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
