Give your morning a sweet and healthy start with these incredibly delectable muffins

Ingredients

Banana, lady finger or sugar

4 individual, peeled, halved lengthways

Maple syrup

2 tbs

Toasted white English muffin

4 regular, (4x63g), split, toasted

Low-fat tropical fruit yoghurt

300 g, peach and mango

Raw almonds

2 tbs, slivered, toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat a chargrill pan over high heat. Brush cut side of bananas with half the maple syrup, then cook, cut side down, for 2–3 minutes or until caramelised. Turn and cook for 1–2 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Serve English muffins topped with grilled bananas, Nestlé® Soleil Mango Guava Yoghurt, slivered almonds and drizzled with remaining maple syrup.

Notes

TIP: You can also cook bananas in a non-stick frying pan.
