English muffins with grilled banana and yoghurt
banana, lady finger or sugar
4 individual, peeled, halved lengthways
toasted white English muffin
4 regular, (4x63g), split, toasted
Nestle Soleil Yoghurt, Peach and Mango, No Fat
300 g, (2x150g tubs) (Nestle Soleil Mango Guava Yoghurt)
2 tbs, slivered, toasted
- Preheat a chargrill pan over high heat. Brush cut side of bananas with half the maple syrup, then cook, cut side down, for 2–3 minutes or until caramelised. Turn and cook for 1–2 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve English muffins topped with grilled bananas, Nestlé® Soleil Mango Guava Yoghurt, slivered almonds and drizzled with remaining maple syrup.
