The easiest pizza dough you’ll ever make, using 2 ingredients! Make a crisp salad with plenty of veggies for a fresh side dish, and dinner is ready.

Ingredients

White self-raising flour

1 cup(s), (150g)

99% fat-free plain Greek yoghurt

cup(s), (160g)

Tomato passata

cup(s), (85g)

Light mozzarella cheese

¾ cup(s), grated, (90g)

Grated parmesan cheese

2 tbs

Dried chilli flakes

¼ tsp, (optional)

Oil spray

1 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly spray a large baking tray with oil.
  2. Place flour in a large bowl. Add yoghurt and a pinch of salt and mix with a wooden spoon until mixture comes together to form a dough. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for 1 minute or until smooth.
  3. Roll out dough to a 25cm x 35cm rectangle. Transfer to prepared tray and spread with passata. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella, parmesan and chilli flakes (if using). Bake for 20 minutes, or until crust is crisp and cheese is lightly golden.
