Celery

Cos lettuce
3 baby, leaves torn
Red apple, unpeeled
1 large, cored, thinly sliced
Fresh flat-leaf parsley

Dried cranberries

Pecans
⅓ cup(s), (40g), chopped
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
¼ tub(s), (60g)
Lemon juice

Dijon mustard

Instructions

Combine celery, cos, apple, parsley, cranberries and pecan nuts in a large bowl.

Combine yoghurt, lemon juice and mustard in a jar.
