Creamy spaghetti with bacon, beans and mushroom

Ingredients
Dry pasta
240 g, (spaghetti)
Green string beans
500 g, trimmed
Shortcut bacon
125 g, thickly sliced
Swiss brown mushrooms
500 g, chopped
Garlic
2 clove(s), crushed
Extra light sour cream
½ cup(s), (120g)
Oil spray
2 x 3 second spray(s)
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling salted water following packet instructions or until tender. Add the beans for last 4 minutes of cooking. Drain, reserving ¼ cup cooking liquid.

Lightly spray a frying pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Cook the bacon, stirring, for 4 minutes or until crisp. Set aside. Lightly spray pan with oil and cook the mushroom, stirring, for 5 minutes or until golden. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Combine the mushroom mixture, bacon and sour cream with the pasta and beans in a bowl. Toss to combine, adding a little reserved cooking liquid if necessary.
