A delicious combination of mango and chilli in every bite.
Ingredients

lime juice

2 tbs

fish sauce

1 tsp

fresh red chilli

1 whole, deseeded, finely chopped

crab

350 g, fresh meat

fresh mint

¼ cup(s), leaves

fresh coriander

¼ cup(s), leaves

lebanese cucumber

2 medium, cut into ribbons

red onion

1 small, thinly sliced

tomato(es)

200 g, yellow grape tomatoes, halved

coral lettuce

100 g, mixed lettuce leaves

mango

2 medium, cut into cheeks

Instructions

  1. To make dressing, combine lime juice, fish sauce and chilli in a medium bowl, then add fresh crab meat, mint and coriander.
  2. In a large bowl, toss cucumber, onion, tomatoes and lettuce, then top with the crab mixture and peeled mango cheeks. Serve immediately.
Notes
VARIATION: Swap crab for cooked king prawns (chopped, peeled).
