Light whole egg mayonnaise
- Place apple. celery, walnuts and parsley in a large bowl.
- Whisk yoghurt, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add dressing to apple mixture and toss to combine. Serve.
