Cinnamon, plum and vanilla yogurt compote

Ingredients
Caster sugar
¼ cup(s), (55g)
Orange(s)
1 medium
Ground cinnamon
½ tsp
Plum(s)
8 large, stone removed, quatered
Vanilla yoghurt, 99% fat-free, no added sugar
400 g
Walnuts
¼ cup(s), coarsely chopped
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, add sugar and ½ cup water. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves.

Grate 1 teaspoon orange zest. Remove skin and pith and cut into segments. Add zest, cinnamon and plums to pan. Bring to boil, reduce to low, and cook, covered, for 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool.

Spoon compote into tumblers. Serve topped with NESTLÉ DIET Vanilla Yoghurt, orange segments and walnuts.
