Risotto for dessert? You heard correctly! Creamy, chocolatey and very satisfying. A great treat the whole family will enjoy.

- Place rice, milk, sugar, cocoa and cinnamon stick in a 4.5 litre (18-cup) slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cook, covered, on high for 30 minutes.
- Whisk rice mixture until combined and cocoa has dissolved. Cook, covered, on high, stirring every 30 minutes, for 2 hours 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Remove cinnamon stick. Serve risotto topped with banana and sprinkled with ground cinnamon.
TIP: You can use orange segments or sliced strawberries instead of banana.
