Icing sugar
1 tsp, to dust

Instructions

Combine the chocolate mousse and orange rind in a small bowl. Spoon into a piping bag and pipe the chocolate mixture into the brandy snaps to fill.

Place brandy snaps on a serving plate and dust with cocoa powder and icing sugar. Serve with orange segments on the side.
