Chilli crab linguine

300 g, (linguine)
2 clove(s), crushed
Fresh red chilli
2 whole, thinly sliced
Frozen green peas
1½ cup(s), thawed
250 g, halved
- Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet instructions, or until just tender. Drain. Return pasta to pan with juice and toss to combine.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and chilli and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add peas and tomatoes and cook, stirring, for 1–2 minutes or until tomatoes are softened. Stir in crab.
- Add crab mixture and mint to pasta and toss to combine. Serve.
