This prawn dish is packed with flavour and incredibly easy to make. Despite the short list of ingredients, it's sure to impress. Ingredients

Chilli powder

Ground cumin

½ tsp

Raw peeled prawns

450 g, tail intact (about 25 prawns)

Olive oil

3 tsp

Lime juice

2 tbs

In a medium bowl, combine chilli powder, cumin, and a pinch of salt. Pat dry the prawns. Add prawns to bowl and toss until evenly coated.

Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add prawns in an even layer and cook until browned on both sides and opaque throughout, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the heat. Add lime juice and stir until prawns are coated and liquid evaporates.
