Chicken and Chinese broccoli stir-fry

This Asian stir-fry is guaranteed to have your taste buds dancing in your mouth


Ingredients
Fresh hokkien noodles
220 g
Skinless chicken breast
500 g, thinly sliced
Chinese five spice
1 tbs, powder
Broccoli
180 g, Chinese variety, cut into 10cm lengths
Snow peas
200 g, trimmed
Hoisin sauce
¼ cup(s), (60ml)
Salt reduced chicken stock
¼ cup(s), (60ml)
Oil spray
1 x 3 second spray(s)
Instructions

Toss chicken in Chinese five spice. Lightly spray a wok with oil and heat over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes or until golden.

Add broccoli, snow peas, hoisin and stock and stir-fry for a further 4–5 minutes or until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender. Serve.
