Make this dish a complete meal by serving it with pasta or rice and a salad, or sauteed vegetables.

Ingredients

Raw peeled prawns

500 g, with tails (about 28)

Sriracha sauce

3 tsp

Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp

Cajun seasoning

1 tsp

Ground paprika

½ tsp

Garlic powder or flakes

¼ tsp

Lemon juice

1 tsp, to garnish

Fresh flat-leaf parsley

2 tbs, chopped, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Place an oven rack about 6-inches from the grill and place a rimmed baking tray on the rack. Set grill to medium high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning, paprika and garlic powder. Add the prawns to the bowl, season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
  3. Carefully remove the preheated baking tray from oven and using tongs, arrange the prawns in a single layer making sure they’re evenly spaced apart. Brush the prawns with any remaining spice mixture left in bowl. Return the baking tray to the oven and grill the prawns for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the prawns are cooked through
  4. Serve prawns drizzled with fresh lemon juice and parsley.
