Budino di cioccolate (Chocolate pudding)

80 g, (70% cocoa)
15 g, (1 1/2 tbs), finely chopped
- Place the sugar, cornflour and cocoa in a medium saucepan. Whisk in ¼ cup (60ml) water until smooth and combined.
- Add the egg yolks, milk and vanilla and whisk to combine. Cook, over medium heat, whisking constantly, until mixture just boils and thickens. Remove from heat. Add 70g of the chocolate and stir until smooth and combined.
- Divide the mixture among eight ½-cup (125ml) capacity serving dishes. Cover and place in the fridge for 3 hours or until firm. Sprinkle with the hazelnuts and top with shavings made from remaining chocolate.
