Broccolini, prawn, chilli and bocconcini pizza
Wholemeal pita bread
Raw peeled prawns
50 g, peeled
50 g, cut into 5cm lengths
30 g, sliced
Fresh red chilli
½ whole, deseeded, thinly sliced
Fresh lemon rind
1 tsp, thinly sliced
10 g, baby
- Preheat grill on medium-high. Place pita bread on a baking tray and grill for 1 minute each side until just toasted.
- Spread pita with passata. Top with prawns, broccolini, bocconcini and half the chilli. Grill for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted and prawns are cooked through.
- Meanwhile, combine oil, lemon juice, remaining chilli and lemon zest in a bowl. Top pizza with rocket and drizzle with chilli oil to serve.
