Lemon, honey and chicken are a great combination and even works well when slow-cooked. Topped with sweet caramelised onions and sesame seeds, it’s a fresh way to enjoy the cool winter months.

Chilli powder
½ tsp, mild
Sesame seeds
2 tsp, toasted
Green shallot(s)
