Beef, beetroot and feta sliders

Ingredients
Lean beef mince, raw
300 g
Brown onion
1 small, grated
Beetroot
1 small, grated
Reduced fat feta cheese
60 g, crumbled
Whole grain mustard
1 tbs
Wholemeal bread roll
240 g, (6 x 60g large roles)
Butter lettuce
2 cup(s), shredded, (12 x lettuce leaves)
Tomato(es)
2 medium, sliced
Pickled gherkin, drained
12 individual, halved
Tomato relish
70 g, (¼ cup)
Oil spray
2 x 3 second spray(s)
Instructions

Place mince, onion, beetroot, feta and mustard in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix until well combined. Shape mixture into 12 patties. Lightly spray with oil.

Slice each bun in half horizontally. Using a sharp cutter, cut two 5.5cm circles from piece of bun. Heat a barbecue or chargill plate over medium heat. Cook patties for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked through and golden. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to rest. Lightly toast cut sides of bun for 2 minutes until golden.

To serve, place lettuce on one half of bun, top with tomato, pickle, patty, relish and cracked black pepper. Secure bun lid with a bamboo skewer.
