Baba ganoush

Deli-sliced roast beef

50 g, (rare roast)

Tomato(es)

1 medium, vine ripened, sliced

Carrot(s)

½ medium, grated

Rocket

½ cup(s), (15g)

Instructions

Lay toast on a flat surface. Spread 1 side of each slice of toast with babaganoush. Top with beef, tomato, carrot and rocket leaves. Serve.
