BBQ spice rub
This sweet and spicy dry rub is perfect for a batch of ribs or a slow-roasted pork shoulder. It can also be used on chicken and fish.
2½ tbs, firmly packed
Garlic powder or flakes
Ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp, black, coarsley ground
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Store in airtight container for up to 6 months.
This recipe makes 110g (44 teaspoons). 1 serve = 1 teaspoon.
