Banana chocolate filo parcels
You don’t need to shop online to receive amazing parcels. Here we have chocolate and banana in the perfect pastry package

2 medium, sliced
Milk chocolate block
40 g, chopped
1 tsp, to sprinkle
- Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced, then line a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper.
- Lightly spray 1 sheet of filo with oil and fold in half. Place ¼ banana slices along edge of filo closest to you, leaving a 2cm border. Top banana with ¼ chocolate. Fold in sides of pastry, then roll to enclose filling to form a parcel. Lightly spray with oil, sprinkle with nutmeg and place on prepared tray. Repeat to make 4 parcels. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
SERVING SUGGESTION: A small scoop of reduced-fat, no added sugar vanilla ice cream.
