Ingredients

Banana bread

30 g

Reduced fat oil spread

1 tsp

Skim milk

¾ cup(s)

Fresh strawberries

200 g

Honey

2 tsp

99% fat-free vanilla yoghurt, sweetened

100 g

Vanilla bean extract

½ tsp

Instructions

  1. Spread toasted banana bread lightly with canola.
  2. Combine milk, strawberries, honey, vanilla and yoghurt in a blender and process until smooth.
