Banana bread
30 g
Reduced fat oil spread
1 tsp
Skim milk
¾ cup(s)
Fresh strawberries
200 g
Honey
2 tsp
Vanilla yoghurt, 99% fat-free, no added sugar
100 g
Vanilla bean extract
½ tsp
Instructions

Spread toasted banana bread lightly with canola.

Combine milk, strawberries, honey, vanilla and yoghurt in a blender and process until smooth.
