Banana-berry cereal pots
These fruity cereal pots tick all the boxes for a nutritious throw-together brekky. To enjoy on the go, pack ingredients into separate reusable containers or into your snack box dividers, then simply layer in a serving jar or bowl when you’re ready to eat.
1 cup(s), (40g)
2 small, thickly sliced
99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened
⅔ cup(s), (160g)
120 g, mixed
- Pour half the cereal between into 2 large
- (3-cup to 1L capacity) jars or bowls. Divide bananas evenly between jars over cereal, then top evenly with haalf the yoghurt, maple syrup and remaining cereal.
- Divide remaining yoghurt between jars. Top with berries to serve.
TIP: You can easily double or triple this recipe if making for other members of your family. It is best assembled fresh to avoid soggy cereal.
