97% fat-free deli sliced ham

6 slice(s), (leg ham), (6 x 21g slices)

Egg(s)

6 medium

Fresh chives

1 tbs, chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 6 holes of a ⅓ cup (80ml) capacity muffin tray with strips of baking paper, then line each prepared hole with a slice of ham.

Break an egg into each hole. Bake for 15 minutes or until egg is set and cooked to your liking. Sprinkle with chives. Serve warm or cold.
