White wine vinegar

Mixed salad leaves

Cooked skinless chicken breast

Avocado
¼ medium
Red onion
¼ small, finely sliced
Cooked soba noodles
⅓ cup(s), (55g)
Kimchi
¼ cup(s), (55g)
Sesame seeds
1 tsp, toasted
Instructions

Whisk oil, vinegar and 1 teaspoon water in a large bowl. Season with salt. Add salad leaves and toss gently to lightly coat in dressing.

Scatter dressed salad leaves over a large plate. Top with chicken, avocado, onion, noodles and kimchi. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
