Artichoke pate with pastrami

For something a bit different, serve up this pate platter so you can dip and cruch your way through lunch.


Ingredients
Artichoke hearts, canned, rinsed, drained
280 g, (1 x jar or can)
Light cream cheese
¼ cup(s), (50g)
97% fat-free cottage cheese
50 g, (1/4 cup)
Green shallot(s)
1 individual, (green), finely chopped
Beef pastrami
100 g, sliced
Light rye bread
4 slice(s), (40g each)
Celery
2 stick(s), cut in to batons
Carrot(s)
2 small, cut into batons
Instructions

Place the artichokes, cream and cottage cheese and shallot in a food processor. Process until well combined. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Spoon the artichoke pâté into small serving bowls. Serve with the pastrami, bread, celery and carrot.
