Apple crepes with mango sauce

Simply wrap stewed fruit in store-bought French crepes and drizzle with mango sauce for a fast and fabulous dessert


Ingredients
Mango, pulp, canned
⅔ cup(s), (160ml)
Green apple, peeled
6 medium, core removed, thinly sliced
Brown sugar
2 tbs
Orange rind
1 tsp, finely grated
Ground cinnamon
½ tsp
Crepe
4 individual, (50g), frozen, French style
Instructions

Place apple, brown sugar and ¼ cup (60ml) water in a medium saucepan over medium heat and bring to the boil. Add rind and cinnamon. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10–12 minutes or until apples are tender.

Warm crepes following packet instructions. Place crepes on serving plates and top half of each crepe with apple mixture. Fold to enclose filling. Serve drizzled with syrup.
