Apple crepes with mango sauce
mango, pulp, canned
⅔ cup(s), (160ml)
green apple, peeled
6 medium, core removed, thinly sliced
1 tsp, finely grated
4 individual, (50g), frozen, French style
- Place apple, brown sugar and ¼ cup (60ml) water in a medium saucepan over medium heat and bring to the boil. Add rind and cinnamon. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10–12 minutes or until apples are tender.
- Warm crepes following packet instructions. Place crepes on serving plates and top half of each crepe with apple mixture. Fold to enclose filling. Serve drizzled with syrup.
