Oats are a versatile ingredient that can be used in both sweet and savoury dishes. Prepping your oats overnight gives you time back in the morning.


Ingredients
Quick oats
⅓ cup(s), (30g)
Unsweetened almond milk
⅓ cup(s), (80ml)
Ground ginger
½ tsp
Apple(s)
½ medium, red variety
Fresh raspberries
4 piece(s), halved
Plain peanut butter powder
1 tbs
Instructions

Combine oats, milk and ginger in a 1¼-cup (310ml) capacity jar, glass or airtight container. Cover and place in fridge overnight.

Grate a quarter of the apple and stir through oats. Finely chop the remaining apple. Sprinkle chopped apple and raspberries over oats. Combine powdered peanut butter with ½ tablespoon of water in a small bowl, stir until smooth. Spoon peanut butter over the oats and serve.
