Ingredients
Rolled barley flakes
45 g, (⅓ cup)
Ground cinnamon
¼ tsp, plus extra to serve
Apple(s)
1 small, unpeeled, cut into matchsticks
Instructions

Place barley flakes and 1 cup (250ml) water in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring, for 8–10 minutes or until mixture has thickened. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon and ¾ of the apple.

Serve topped with remaining apple and extra cinnamon.
