"I love my slow-cooker, especially when the cooler weather arrives. It saves me so much time and effort when I make stews like this one. I don’t have to hover over the stove all evening, plus the slow-cooking really draws out all the wonderful flavours. This cut of pork is quite lean, so it only takes a couple of hours from start to finish." - Anna Van Dyken WW Ambassador
