Anna’s salted date and almond butter bliss balls

Ingredients
Roasted almonds
1 cup(s), (160g) unsalted variety
Fresh dates
12 individual, pitted
Cocoa powder
2¾ tbs
Almond butter
70 g
Ground cinnamon
½ tsp
Maple syrup
1½ tbs
Instructions

Process almonds in a food processor until finely chopped. Add dates, 2½ tablespoons cocoa, almond butter, ½ teaspoon salt, cinnamon and maple syrup, and process until mixture forms a thick paste.

Roll 2 teaspoons of mixture into a ball. Repeat to make 25 balls and place on a plate. Cover and chill in fridge until firm. Dust with remaining cocoa to serve.
