Ingredients

Kellogg's Cereal, All-Bran, Original

1 cup(s), (60g)

fresh dates

1 cup(s), finely chopped

almond milk unsweetened

1 cup(s), (250ml)

vanilla bean extract, alcohol free

1 tsp

canned pears in natural juice, drained

1 can(s), 410g can, (1 x 410g can) roughly chopped

maple syrup

1 tbs

egg(s)

1 medium

ground cinnamon

1 tsp

walnuts

cup(s), roughly chopped

white self-raising flour

1 cup(s), (150g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160℃. Line a 27cm x 17.5cm baking tray with paper. Add all bran, almond milk, pears, dates, maple syrup, egg, cinnamon, two thirds of the walnuts and a pinch of salt to a large mixing bowl, stir to combine. Set aside and let soak for 30 minutes.
  2. Gently fold through half of the flour, then fold through the remaining flour to combine. Pour mixture into prepared tin and sprinkle remaining walnuts over the top. Bake 30 minutes.
