Anna's creamy chicken craisin and apple wonton cups

Cooked skinless chicken breast
1 cup(s), (160g), finely shredded
Apple, pink lady, unpeeled, fresh
1 medium, finely chopped
Reduced-sugar dried cranberries
¼ cup(s), (35g)
99% fat-free plain yoghurt
¼ cup(s), (60g)
Fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 small, (squeezed to make 2 tbs juice)
- Preheat oven to 180℃. Place wrappers in 15 holes of a 18-hole (1½ tablespoon capacity) mini-muffin silicone mould. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crisp. Remove from oven and slightly cool.
- Meanwhile, add all other ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon chicken mixture into wonton cups. Serve.
