WW Ambassador Anna says, "Being in control of my snacking was a huge deal for me, that’s why preparing snacking boxes has worked well for my journey and beyond." This snack box is filled with chicken slices, a hard boiled egg topped with black sesame seeds, carrot sticks, baby cucumbers, mini rice cakes (whichever flavour you fancy. Anna went for salt & vinegar) plus seasonal fruit including berries and cherries.

Ingredients

Boiled egg(s)

1 medium, halved

Sesame seeds

¼ tsp, black

97% fat-free deli sliced chicken

100 g

Carrot(s)

1 medium, cut into sticks

Baby cucumber (quke)

2 individual, thinly sliced

Mini flavoured rice cakes

25 g

Grapes

½ cup(s), (85g)

Cherries

2 individual

Fresh raspberries

3 piece(s)

Fresh blueberries

4 piece(s)

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle sesame seeds over cut side of egg halves and season with salt. Place in one compartment of a snack box container. Roll up chicken slices and place in same snack box compartment as egg.
  2. Add carrot and cucumber to a separate compartment in snack box container.
  3. Add rice clouds to a separate compartment in snack box container.
  4. Add all remaining fruits to a separate compartment in snack box container. Seal with lid and place in the fridge until ready to eat.
