Ingredients
Frozen blueberries
1½ cup(s), (225g)
Rolled oats, dry
2 cup(s), (180g)
Shredded or desiccated coconut
½ cup(s), (40g)
Maple syrup
3 tsp
Fresh dates
6 individual, pitted
Instructions

Process all ingredients in a food processor until well combined.

Using damp hands, roll mixture into 25 balls. Transfer to a tray, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
