WW member Anna Van Dyken's bliss balls are perfect for when you want a portable sweet snack that's homemade and healthy. These apple pie bliss balls could be our favourite version yet!
Ingredients

dry rolled oats

100 g

fresh dates

12 individual, pitted

maple syrup

1 tbs

no added sugar apple puree

2 tbs

shredded or desiccated coconut

30 g

essence

½ tsp, vanilla flavour

ground nutmeg

½ tsp

ground cinnamon

1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Process oats, dates, maple syrup, apple puree, coconut, vanilla, spices and a pinch of salt in a food processor until mixture forms a thick paste.
  2. Roll tablespoons of mixture into 15 balls. Cover and chill in fridge until firm.
Notes
TIPS: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 1 month. Swap apple puree with pear puree. SERVING SIZE: 1 ball
