WW member Anna Van Dyken's bliss balls are perfect for when you want a portable sweet snack that's homemade and healthy. These apple pie bliss balls could be our favourite version yet!
Dry rolled oats
12 individual, pitted
No added sugar apple puree
Shredded or desiccated coconut
½ cup(s), (40g)
Vanilla bean extract, alcohol free
- Process oats, dates, maple syrup, apple puree, 1/3 cup (25 g) coconut, vanilla, spices and a pinch of salt in a food processor until a thick paste forms.
- Place remaining coconut in a small bowl. Using wet hands, roll a tablespoon of mixture into a ball and roll in coconut to coat. Shake off excess and repeat to make 15 balls. Cover and chill in fridge until firm.
TIPS: Apple pie bliss balls will keep in a container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. SERVING SIZE: 1 ball
